Refund Policy

In short

  • Try before you pay: the free tier is permanent, so you can judge ATP Quest before buying.
  • Cancel a subscription any time; it stops the next charge, and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds follow the consumer law where you live: if it gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, we honour it. In the EU and UK that means 14 days, no reason needed.
  • If we made a mistake, such as charging you twice, we always refund it.

Monthly subscription

Payments are not refunded, except where the law where you live requires it or something went wrong on our side (see below). To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date; you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid for.

3-Month Pass

A pass is not refunded, except where the law where you live requires it or something went wrong on our side. It runs for its 90 days and then ends without any further charge.

EU and UK customers

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of making it, for any reason, and we will refund you in full. This covers your first subscription payment and each 3-Month Pass. A renewal continues the same subscription rather than starting a new contract, so it does not restart the 14 days; you can cancel at any time to stop the next one.

Everywhere else

Wherever you live, if your local consumer law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, for example because the service was not as described, we honour it. Tell us where you live when you ask, so we can apply the right rules.

How to ask

Write to support@atpquest.com or use the contact form from the email address on your account, and say which payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Refunding a subscription payment also ends that subscription.

When something went wrong

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or couldn’t use what you paid for because of a fault on our side, we refund it, whatever the rules above say.
